Santom TasteCare Miracle Berry Tablets are dissolvable taste-modifying tablets containing miracle berry extract (Synsepalum dulcificum) with miraculin, a natural glycoprotein that binds to taste receptors and alters sour taste perception. Each tablet is placed on the tongue and allowed to dissolve fully, temporarily converting sour foods (e.g. lemons, berries, yogurt) into a sweet taste for approximately 30–60 minutes.
