Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days if the item is in stock and delivered via tracked courier service (e.g. DHL or similar).

If you receive a damaged product, simply contact us — we’ll arrange free return shipping and offer you either a replacement or a full refund once the item is received.

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
