Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product simply contact us and we will arrange for free delivery of the item back to us. Once we receive the item back you will have the choice to either exchange the item or get a full refund.

In the event that you receive an item and you decide you no longer want it, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will happily refund your money. Return postage will be incurred by the buyer and any item returned back to us must be sent back in the same condition as received. Failure to do so may result in a return not being granted.
